Training Gestures and Postures.

REGULATORY OBLIGATIONS: Article R4541-8 of the Labor Code...

The employer provides workers whose activity involves manual handling:
1° Information on the risks they incur when the activities are not carried out in a technically correct manner, taking into account the individual risk factors;
2° Adequate training in safety relating to the performance of these operations. During this training, essentially of a practical nature, the workers are informed about the gestures and postures to adopt to perform manual handling in safety.
