AUTHORIZATION TO WORK NEAR NETWORKS

Trainings organized by qualifications and responsibilities.

Since January 1, 2018, those involved in the preparation and execution of works near networks must obtain an AIPR (Authorization for Intervention near Networks). This training, sanctioned by a multiple-choice questionnaire, makes it possible to strengthen the skills of those involved in the preparation and execution of work near the networks. FORMATION4S is recognized by the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion as an examination center according to the decree of December 22, 2015 to assess skills for the issuance of the AIPR.

WHO MUST HAVE AIPR?

  • "OPERATOR" PROFILE

Employee directly involved in work near overhead or underground networks, either as a machine operator or in the context of urgent work. Drivers: driver of bulldozer, loader, hydraulic shovel, backhoe loader, grader, drilling machine. Driver of tower crane, mobile crane, auxiliary loading crane. Driver of a mobile elevating platform for people (PEMP), self-propelled handling trolley with a ride-on driver, concrete pump and carpet, etc. Followers: machine driving followers will also be subject to the AIPR obligation, but the deadline application of this obligation has still not been determined.

  • "COACHING" PROFILE

Employee of the works company involved in the administrative and technical preparation of the works (site manager, works supervisor). For any works site, at least one employee of the works contractor must be identifiable as the holder of an AIPR "Supervisor".

  • "DESIGNER" PROFILE

Employee of the project owner (or in the event of delegation of the project manager) who must intervene in the preparation or follow-up of the work projects. For any work project, at least one employee of the contracting authority or of the organization working on its behalf must be identifiable as the holder of a "designer" AIPR. reassembly of new networks wishing to be certified, at least one person must hold a "designer" AIPR

The "Designer" certificate is equivalent to the "Supervisor" or "Operator" certificate.
The "Supervisor" certificate is equivalent to the "Operator" certificate.
