Physical Preparation

The Physical Preparation really took off in the late 1990s with the formalization of the profession of physical trainer. It is the organized and hierarchical set of training procedures that aim at the development and use of the athlete's physical qualities. It must appear permanently at the various levels of sports training and put itself at the service of the technical-tactical aspects priority of the activity practiced. The Physical Preparation begins with the analysis of the requirements of the sport discipline.

Whatever your objective FORMATION4S will help you achieve your goal by developing programs that improve physical qualities (strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination, balance ...) in an effective and measurable way.

Feeding.

The chemical reactions necessary for life depend on nutrient intakes. To eat well you have to ask the right questions.

What do I eat? Distribution of Protides, Lipids, Carbohydrates, Minerals, Vitamins ... Glycemic Index of Foods ...

FORMATION4S has developed 3 types of programs for 3 different objectives :

Those programs mainly based on 3 feeding methods :
  • The Montignac method which integrates the notion of glycemic index in the control of the weight
  • The Gracie Diet method that integrates the concept of food combination
  • The methods used in bodybuilding for weight gain

The Montignac Method is not a diet in the traditional sense of the word. Dieting is limiting the amount of food we eat, something which is practically impossible to do on a long-term basis. It proposes a free and balanced way of eating to stay fit. The idea is to change our eating habits: not eat less, just eat better by choosing our food wisely.

The "Gracie Diet" is a method of eating developed during 65 years of research and first-hand use by Grand Master Carlos Gracie. Based on common sense and the proper combining of foods, it's the secret of success for the largest family of athletes in the world. The idea is to make sure that at each meal, the foods we ate would combine to cause healthy chemical reactions.
