FIRE SAFETY DEPARTMENT

Prefectoral approval pending (decree of May 2, 2005).

To work in fire safety, an SSIAP diploma is ideal (SSIAP1, SSIAP2 and SSIAP3). The SSIAP (Fire Safety and Personal Assistance Service) is a diploma course recognized in France. A SSIAP agent can work in establishments open to the public (ERP) and high-rise buildings (IGH).

The SSIAP is a training course framed by law and the programs are designed to provide the candidate with a solid foundation in terms of prevention and safety. The final exam is common to all training institutes. After graduation, the trainee can apply to any fire safety and personal assistance service.

To support and train the candidate throughout his training, FORMATION4S calls on professional and experienced trainers. Thanks to the quality of education, the chances of finding professional opportunities are real.

The SSIAP is made up of 3 degrees: SSIAP 1, SSIAP 2 and SSIAP 3 (order of 2 May 2005 amended). Each degree provides access to a given position in fire safety:

SSIAP 1: Gives access to the job of Fire Safety Officer
SSIAP 2: Leads to the position of Fire Safety Team Leader
SSIAP 3: Allows a post of Chief of Fire Safety Service, trainer and even consultant

Single Safety Manager Training.

In accordance with article R.143-21 of the Construction and Housing Code, any group of farms brought together in the same building and not isolated from each other must be placed under a single management, responsible to the public authorities for requests for authorization and compliance with the group's security conditions.

3 days of training are necessary to develop the essential skills so that the RUS is in operational capacity to carry out its missions. Even if no prerequisites are required to participate in this training, the notion of responsibility should be taken into account. The Single Security Manager has a key role in managing the operation of a site. He is the guarantor of the regulations, their application, the management of communication and legal documents.
